Hello everyone to the first CWR News-wire. Here is what's happening after the events of April 19th:
- Two-time former World Champion Aiden James did not speak to anybody backstage, in fact he didn't even change out of his wrestling gear before walking out. Drew Carrig tried to stop him and talk to him but James simply walked out without a sound. Nobody knows what the meaning was but it looks like we might have seen the last of Aiden James for now.
-Speaking of Drew Carrig, he was seen after the show at a seedy establishment known as Club Diablo as an old familiar self. He kept referring to himself as Jeckel, his alter-ego. Did the events of Aiden James combined with Horrorcore claiming to be the greatest Hardcore Wrestler ever send Drew Carrig over the edge and back to his old Jeckel ways?
- After the emotional return to the ring to say a few words about John Miller, Travis Smith was seen talking backstage with several old friends and was so caught up in the old ways he has agreed to return to Hardcore Warfare in what is being called the "Miller Memorial Tour."
- Trent Michaels is said to be extremely upset over the fact that Classic Wrestling Revival has been over-run with former CWF talent. He feels that his talent is being over-looked simply because he never worked for the CWF. He said it will change soon and after his loss to Steven Steele, which he blames on Thornhill being at ringside citing that since they were old CWF buddies that he felt Thornhill would interfere if given the chance, he was seen on his cellphone talking to who we believe were other former HWA talent. Could the CWF influx be over and the HWA one beginning?
-TJ Raven didn't hang around long but he didn't need to worry because the damage to Affliction was great and Affliction was seen being drove to Buffalo General by a fan. Affliction said nothing but the look on his face after the match said it all.
- Bald Bull Doogan is once again the North American Champion after decimating Falcon Rufio. Rufio was said to be despondent and unable to even recall his name after the match. It could be a concussion but we will be unable to know for certain for a few days. Doogan has been dominant in CWR so far only losing once and with that loss being avenged, the slate is clean for Doogan and now the question is who will stop him?
That's all for now, check back soon for a new news-wire!
